i've a friend who has a private plate on a 206, the car has been badly accident damaged and she is wanting to scrap it but is having a fair about of grief from dvla about transfering the plate to another car, she's been told after a couple of months of trying that the car needs to be taken through to one of dvla's centres for them to verify it's a right off but as it's only three wheels and none of them turn this is a problem, can anyone who has had any experiance of this sort of thing advise as i think they are taking the P.
