any one have a direct number for rclick?

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I bought an rclick kit which I had an auto technician mate determine today is definitely faulty. I'm not usually one to make a fuss but obviously it cost money and it doesn't work. I've tried the sales desk number which has been unavailable for a week, and I'm reluctant to pay £1 a minute to be put on hold for half an hour.

I started a support ticket a week ago and no reply, left 2 messages on the answer machine, sent emails and tried contacting them through paypal and still nothing.. I just wondered if any one had found an alternative way of contacting them? Or any other suggestions on what to do?

Did you just order another one with the refund or get something else? I want remote and the price with flip key swayed me :p

I got the refund then got another from them that worked

Bloody annoying faf though
