Depends how big your hands and how good you are at fumbling in small spaces

The cover has a clip at one end, the bulbs are a fairly standard spring clip. Worst problem I find is the alignment, possibly because they are motor adjusted, I find that the disturbance of changing the bulb puts the alignment out.

If you do want to take the headlight out, you need to drop the bumper to get at the bottom fixing. Probably about half an hour's work if you've never done it before.

Yeah I'm wanting to replace the light, i have had a look and undone the bumper but apart from the screws at the top of the bumper what else needs to be unclipped/unscrewed? couldn't see what else needed doing :s

If you only want to change a bulb, removing the bumper is not neccessary, unless you have GTI headlights.

If you want to change the actual unit itself, then yes, the bumper must be removed.
