Just wondering what peoples advice would be on this, i had an accident about 1 and a half years ago and its been about 6 months since i've heard anything from my lawyer, every time i try to get through to her i end up speaking to some annoying little camp assistant who cant do anything. Anyway i've stated i dont want to go to court and that i'll except 50/50 after it caused my premiums to be bumped up... even though i believe the woman who pulled out on me is fully at fault i just want to get this over with cos its screwwing me an extra £100-£200 on insurance

It took me 3 years to get a settlement from a crash I had... the other party admitted all liability and it still took 3 years to get it sorted!! Keep trying though buddy... :-)

Jesus... just as i get impatient i get a letter from the bastards saying there going 50/50 guess i loose my no claims now then :(
