Hi i've got a 1982 breadvan and want to deck it.i've looked at fixed height spring and shock sets but it looks like you only get inserts for the front and i'm unsure how to fit them.and also i've got 13' wheels on it and dont no how low I can go any suggestions or advise would be much appriciated cheers jonny

if you look at the front strut theres a screw on cap at the lower end of the piston rod , after taking off the spring unscrew that cap and pull out the old piston and fit the new one

they're all like that as th strut has the bearing carrier built in

depends on wheel width and tyres as to how low , breadvans dont like wide tyres at the back
