I think I braught them threw ebay from goodrich brand new but ebay history doesnt go back that far as I'm presuming It would have been 2006-7 ish. so I cant be sure and of course no receipt as I'm rubbish at keeping thigs safe.

just wondering what I could do as there warranty people seem helpfull

I'm not sure what you're trying to ask us here. Go to Goodridge's website, find a phone number or email address and get in touch with them.

Check through your emails, if you brought it from ebay then you must have gotten an email from them saying congratuations you won this item etc, failing that try paypal if you paid through there. To be honest if its a lifetime warrenty I'm pretty sure they wont need proof of purchase as it doesnt matter when you purchased them

you'll need to get in touch with the manufacturer, not the person you bought it off of from ebay. It's a manufacturer's warranty

they do have a lifetime warrenty , i had one fail and needed a card that came in the set and maybe the receipt

they werent very good at customer service tbh , wont buy them again
