Probably gunna sell it man, it will be rolling on the new wheels for a while until the golf is on the road though.

I lowered it again and put the alpines back on cause I missed it hitting things

Also has an 8v bumper on the back and one 8v light...

Still needs to come down a bit lower on the front and still need to take camber out the back and lower it.

Struggling on the front though as I cant even get half lock without it rubbing like fuck...

Hammer handles Andy.... put the wheel on lock and pull a WOODEN hammer handle through the gap on the arch to tyre.... a small tapping hammer or something, always worked for me and only pulls the bits it needs it on.

If you want the lot doing use a larger hammer (lump hammer or something) and the wheel in the straight ahead position. :-) Not as savage as a scaff bar....

I've invested in various sized round pieces of wood for such a job, ranging from 1" upto 3".

Hmmm not too fussed about it really, hopefully the golf will be on the road soon..

Cheers though, might try it when I get bored aha

Anyway, lowered all round, took most of the camber out the rears, sits better now :)

Hows the rubbing on the back? Or have you got the bumper join cut out?

Nah haven't got the bumper join cut or anything, and it doesn't rub at all haha

The arches are paper thin though haha

that MK2 is going to look sick

sits really nice, is it possible for another inch... a whole inch? :-/ Seen as its dieing or will be soon let it go in style? lol Be nice to see a mk4 riding on alloy on 14's :p

Not sure what your subframe clearance is like so the above comment might be stupid....

I've got a finger of thread on the front coilovers and no threads on the back :/ Shitty JOM coilover threads dont go all the way down to the mount, they have like 1.5" gap :(

Subframe is probably an inch and bit off the ground, I could probably go down a little bit, but turning is already a bastard haha

that MK2 is going to look sick

Cheers man, hopefully on the road in a few weeks :)
