I'm taking on the task of stripping my mk3 and seeing as i'm a complete virgin to this any sort of help would be great

well the date is pretty much debatable as i was actually planning on spraying it with some penetrating oil for a few days first and that's not arrived yet and i have a couple of days free later in the week, that is if you're up for it.
