So I got this car a few weeks ago and it was standard.

Before I had got the car I bought some eBay specials. The helper springs were taken out straight away on the front and the back, and the front bottom adjuster rings were taken out and the bumpstops cut to half an inch.

And I also bought some 14 x 8 Steffan cups which were re-done in Cream

Then after a bit of arch grinding and bashing it sat like this

Rear camber was quickly added to get the steffans tucking nicely in the arch.

After a few days with the clear indicators I decided to go back with the amber ones.

And then i lowered the fronts down as far as they will go and took the bottom adjusters out. So it now sits like this

I've got a few ideas of what's going to happen next. Hopefully get some custom coilovers made up and then get it sitting better/lower and after that move onto the bodywork.

Yeah will look even better with the front down some more.

I'm gonna drop mine as much as I possibly can soon, every time I look at it I just think It needs to go lower lol.

Hopefully buying some new coilovers this weekend as mine are of shocking quality and don't even go down how far they say they will .

So should hopefully be a bit lower next week :). Then comes the chassis notch and raised turrets :)

this will be another case of "i've wound my 100mm coilys down to the bottom, but its only down about 80" you have to remove/cut the bump stops and/or remove the adjusters so that it can reach the lowest possible amount, fair enough if you want new coilys anyway yeah this is a frequent occurance for people

oh yeah helper springs too, i'm not too clued up on coilovers but yeah i doubt you have reached the limit of yours

but judging by this pic there isn't much room beteween the arch and the tire already, unless you want to roll them or something

Arches have already been slightly flattened and rolled man. I could go another inch down without any more arch work I reckon

hahaha nah i only smashed on this one road which is the worst road I've driven on. the potholes are huge and even my car before which was lowered like 50mm would hit the floor. i just forgot how bad that road is
