I don't think you should lower it anymore, if anything you should raise it as hitting the road all the time could cause injury or even death.

So a little update...

I'm rubbing on something at the moment and I don't know what it is thats doing it. So the arches got bashed out more and the camber got on the front was made less. Changed the bumpstops yesterday when I had a bit of sun to some shorter ones with a bit more spring in. Which has given the car a better ride and also means I'm a tad lower :)

Still not low...

Mate, the amount of work to turret chop a 6n is nuts. I'm not saying its not possible but me and my colleauge were stood staring for ages to try and work out how we could physically make the thing drive with another 2" drop ontop of the chopped bumpstop, no sisters and short topmounts. and we have inly got 6" wide wheels! to be honest mate, The knocking noise you are hearing is more then likely your drive shafts bashing. IMO, notch your chasis a bit and get some shorter top mounts. You will be on the best side of tucking 15s. air ride is air ride for a reason on 6ns! we have very very little space to play with, look about and you wont find many people running stupid drops tucking 15's static on 6ns, its 6n2's which are much more easy to slam haha!

Thanks for the advice mate :). I'm tucking 14 x 8's at the moment. Yeah I know it's my driveshafts knocking I had a look about last night. Do you do any fabrication work then? Would be a big help if you did haha. Also did you think about custom coilovers when trying to get it lower? Would probably give you an extra 2 inches and a better ride qualtiy

Alright, I've got some shims to go on.
