Well I recently took off my caractere front grill from my 9n to switch back to a standard grill.

Thus I am going to sell it!

- It's in good condition, a few scratches/chips around the top of the badge area due to caractere grills sitting extremely tight to the bonnet!

But these are fairly unnoticeable when the bonnet is down unless you are up close.

- Also finished in reflex silver I believe!

- The little 'caractere' logo badge is missing though.

Not sure what price these would go for.. seem to be pretty rare though, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give me a rough price of what it is worth? :)

they go 25 quid usually, are u sellin the suspension off this? lowered springs?

I'm sure it would be worth more than considering the price they are new.. or were new!

You're the kinda person that gets this place bad rep, 9n3 gti's are slow anyway.

Hey there all, I actually back from holidays and other things so can get round to selling this.

Will be putting it on ebay very soon.

- This is a genuine caractere grill for a polo 9n (2002-2005).

- It's finished in reflex silver, but could be resprayed easily I'm sure.

- The caractere badge is missing from this grill, but to be honest I think it looks better without it!

- There are some minor stone chips on the grill, as is expected from being right at the front of the car, but they aren't that noticeable unless close!

- There are some deeper chips around the top of the badge where the bonnet seems to clunk down, this could be filled easily and touched up.

- The two screws that hold the grill in place are included as well. These use a torx t25 screwdriver.

- On the grill, where the little holes for the screws to go into, one of the holes is cracked and partially missing, but this causes no problems at all and the grill will be held in place very securely. It won't be seen either as it's covered by the bonnet.

- The little chips have been touched up as best as possible since the photos were taken. For a grill of this age it's pretty good condition!

- Found this grill on awesome gti for £148.92 and it seems to be hard to get hold of these days, £90 posted? This may be way off, but judging on it's availability these days?
