Got it in one rob! My painter mixed it up for me so wasn't mega bucks and in person it looks amazing! Yes i do beleive so, been my favourite colours since my Gran Turismo days :)

Well its just my roof and bay for the time being, but the full respray i had last year in Black magic pearl isnt great to be honest.

So the plan is to do a full repspray again at the end of this year in the midnight purple

At the rate with stuff done this week might be able to make UD!

Anyway had some goodies given to me today...

After waiting nearly 7 weeks my coilovers have arrived and they are right!

So had abit of a play this morning with the couple of hours i had spare before work managed to get a caliper on with the new mounts along with the disc and also fitted the flexi and chucked a wheel on to check clearence. On the hunt for some new caliper bolts though as mine have gone missing and tps cant find them on the system...

I know man, ordered caliper bolts and hose spring clips today will get the brakes bolted on properly this weekend. Gonna start on my new gearbox mount too as the old one was well...shit.

OKay got my wheels back friday after the refurbers had to put a hell of alot of effort getting textured paint off them all =/

but got them back and i love them :) D T Rimstyles in Notts have done an awesome job. Ill let the pictures do the talking....

Ahh okay thanks alot man, might have to give them a call I've already had my lips polished hopefully i can get it for about £200

Small update, not many pictures but a few bits done.

Front brakes are now all bolted up and plumbed in permanently.

All coilovers are fitted with new rubbers and bolts all round. (still have to set the ride height got some proper drag stance at the moment)

Rear brakes are all plumbed in permanantly.

Fitted the wheels up to see how they sit, fronts will be having 195/45 tyres instead of the the 195/50's that are on there now. The rears will be kept at 50 profile as i like the look, wheels will need painting/powdercoating when i decided on a colour. Help?

Then took her off the 4 axle stands which have been her home for 2 months and settled her down, will sort rear coilover height tonight slong with some wiring.

Modified the gearbox mount so its not solid as it would knock when the engine was moved, so no idea how bad ti would be banging under full boost. Turned up some Polyurathene bushes and drilled out the holes, the picture only shows 2 of them but I did both sides of all 3 holes. Now doesnt bang and has stiffend up that side.

Pictures on the floor, fronts will not be lowered anymore but still have to settle. Leaving around 3 to 4 inches sump/gearbox clearence.

Did an hour and abit up the unit last night but was way to cold as weve ran out of calagas for the little burner has ran out and the glow plug in our diesel burner has died so have no heat right now!

Started on stripping the glue and old deadening off the doors finished one but haven't got a picture after i'd done it. Found the best way was to heat up from the rear of the panel then pull the deadening off and then heat the glue up with a heat gun and scrape with a plstic blade, then use a good degreaser to get rid of the rest with a cloth...i opted for Amberklene ME20.

Then wound the rear coils down, only have 10mm of thread left but pretty much sat how i want it too right now before it settles.

Not alots happened but pushed the polo outside to show her some sunshine and gave a quick wipe down to get the dust off.
