Not much of an update had a guy some re-fit my glass monday along with a brand new 6n2 windscreen. Fitted the rear 3 glass in but then i noticed he had bought the wrong windscreen a 6n one... so waiting for that next week.

After a quick wash down my mate Josh Mee popped round and had a mini photo-shoot, came out awesome. he can eb hired for any work people want doing too!

So i'll just leave these here...

Yeah thats what the donor car was but got a bigger turbo, uprated injectors, bigger maf, bigger exhaust to list a few of the engine mods

Should be more than the 150bhp standard power around 260bhp i hope.

Its all in my unit just need to get the bumpers painted after another painter messing me around.

Mine looks like its going to work, i wanted the shortest possible path between the cooler and inlet to get the best gains from it, I'm running a SeatSport intercooler so the inlet/outlet are on the same side top and bottom. With abit of fiddling it will work from what i can see/work out/hope.

Just a small update on a delivery. Not been up to the unit as the weathers been terrible to us 6" plus of snow atm...

But I ordered this early in the week and hopefully will make my piping easy as pie.

I wanted to have the shortest possible route between cooler and inlet for the most important reason COOL AIR. The colder the air the more dense the bigger the bang! BBBOOOOMMM!

So i've opted for an OEM VAG cooler, made for the Seat Leon/Ibiza Cup cars it is mainly used on the PD130 1.9TDI variant cars inlcude my Fabia VRS but i have the plan that it could fit nicely on the polo working out the height for it, it will sit perfectly between my lights and behind the grill. Having my front bumper re-designed at the minute to have the best airflow too so on the search for a big opening if not out comes the hole saw.

These intercooler are highly sort after and show amazing gains (apparently) so we'll see how we go.

On aother note being fucked around by another painter, he's had my bumpers for 5 months now and still not painted them but i haven't needed them until now so going to see another painter this next week at Full Circle paint in kilburn, heard very good things about them and they specialise in older vw stuff so should have some no-how. Plus they like a challenge

just a quick question what turbo are you running on you car k03 or k04 bcos i see you running the top boost hose off the s3 and wanted to know if the pipe was a stragiht fit to the k03 if thats what you are running. reason been i need to fit the lower boost pipe to mine but dint want to run it low i wanted it on top

Bought that intercooler thinking i can get it to work...i cannot. Not even with dubious amounts of cutting.

SO! Gone back to the idea of running the S3 Inlet... so took that to work tonight to port match which i ahve actually done now but no pictures.
