I have been, didnt want to spend £300 on the only DMTR listed.

You aren't looking hard enough, my dmtl was listed as just a weber carburettor.

These no good then?

Also, look for alternatives, mines a DMTL off a land rover. I was told it wouldn't work but it works better than the previous VW item.

Have a look at weber ICH carbs aswell, these are a single choke version that the 65hp golf small block engines ran, these can easily be tuned to fuel over 80bhp,

In a word, no.

I found all those when I looked.

Thanks for the links and all, but I want a DMTR, ready to go.

How quickly you after one?

I have one in my mk1 golf but need to sort another engine before i can take it off...

Also have the K&N filter for it, thats ready to sell as it doesnt go on the golf, not enough bonnet clearance.

i have 2 1300c weber carbs I'm willing to sell

might need a clean up but perfect for you

PM me to talk a deal
