Roughly how much does it cost to have a tow bar fitted to a car, looking at B5 Passats but all the good ones don't have tow bars. Wondering if it's worth buying one without and having it fitted myself, to be towing a car trailer with a small Micra rally car on.

About £100-£300 depends on if you want a detachable or a nasty lump out the bumper. Likewise its cheaper to fit it yourself than pay someone.
