Suspension question: ..

Car :

M2f 1991 Polo

Plan:

Front wheels .. 185's .. 10mm spacers .... 70mm drop.. on standard shocks ( temporarily)

Rear Wheels .. 185's... no spacers .... 70mm drop with standard shocks

What will and wont work.. ? And advise to alter problems if any ..

what size wheels?

Ad ideally, you dont want spacers up front. Want um on the back really. Front wheels already stick out more than the rears

13" wheels .. with 185/60/R13 // ? and will put bigger spacers on the back but // front calipers rub so needs them

What brakes are on it? VW1's or VW11's?

Whats the offset of the wheels and the width

Why LOL ? .. and I'm in your area mate where abouts in MK are you ? .

And to B shaw .. tyres are 185 wide and dont know ofset and whatever are standard for a 1991 polo mk2f

I would reconsider your suspension setup mate

word of advice.. dont run -70mm on standard shocks. its nasty! i was scrubbing on every corner and bottoming out with anyone in the back!
