iv got some 13 by 9.5 j wheels making them 250mm wide, but finding tyres that wide and that small is a bitch, iv seen some 17 inch 9.5's with 215mm tyres on so they are pretty stretched, would you say too stretched? opinions would be greatly appreciated!

its fine really, mate has 9.5's on his astra van with that size tyre and not much problem,

look for caterham Avon CR500's on ebay, they are track day tyres but road legal, i picked up a set of 205 45 13's and there going on my 9j rims. loads of grip and very cheap in used form

Have a look online at (Camskill) i think there called ..

I had some 225's from them with a 45 profile ..

They were cheap aswell
