Give the DVLA a call and chase them.

My first log book took 5 weeks to come through!

have you got the green slip? if you have send that off with a v62 form and youll get a logbook, bare in mind tho the previous owner will probably get a fine if it hasnt been 6 weeks since they were meant to recieve the logbook. (been stung meself for it as i lost logbook to my old car lol)

2 weeks?

i've been waiting about 6 months for the log book for my chevette to come through, should do some thing about it really

haha, I'd be more amazed if the DVLA managed to get the logbook back in less than 2 weeks. Usually takes a month or more.

Especially as the green slip (New Keeper Supplement) is only valid for (iirc) 2 months!!
