1st of all i apoligise to every person on the forum that works for royal mail but you rant

basicly i sent a throttle body in like september to someone £22 quid all in total ( not alot but still)

it obviously got lost after it dint tur up for months so i claimed for it filled out a claim form and the post lost it so had to write out a 2nd with all the evidence of the amount of money etc

now it feb and still i have recieved NO! no money

everytime i ask bout the claim they say the same think I've got to wait for them to contact me

personaly i think I'm never getting tht money back!

tbh i now know why the queen is so rich because she stealing from her own country it makes me >

Anyone had the same problem? anything else i can do?

I've recently stopped using royal mail full stop I'm all out for my hermes currier service now

my gf just posted her nokias phone to someone worth like £200 and at the moment thts looking like its lost aswell
