jsut about to buy some front seats out of a mk1 audi tt in grey leather for a bargain,

just a quick question first,

do these fit into a 1995 polo 3 door?

has anyone done this or any pictures?

You need to weld your current runners onto the TT seats, i have them in my 6N, they're fucking comfy, but they sit stupidly high because of the way the mounting points on the seats are. If you're gonna do it, i'd look into getting some custom runners/subframes so they sit lower like i'm looking for.

I think the TT runners bolt to the floor of the car, like on the older Audis and the newer Polos so you could cut out the mountings for the seats and weld some captive nuts in place but they need to be secure and you don't have the option of going back. I ended up using Konig Polo subframes when I put Porka Tombstones into my 6N and took the runners off the bottom of the new seats to drop them down.
