Slow progress today as I was pretty hungover:

Hayesey popped in and we stuck the diff back in after the preload has been reset:

New clutch release bearing on there too.

The I stuck the suspension back on, with the subframe and new bottom arms, this made me smile :D

Will be picking up the new compression struts next week, which are adjustable on the car. Once that's done I can drop it back on it's wheels.

I've built it to get it dirty/thrashed :-D

Front suspension now complete- just need steering arms, everything else is new :)

very nice piece of engineering :nod: , like how you have went to the effort of putting all the stadard bits back in (dash, headlamp protectors etc) so it looks almost as if its a factory special.

smoothed in cage, front strut housings have to be my favourite bits. rear diffusor is mad but cool.

who says polos handle shit :lol: well not anymore.

Catch tank is based on a Mocal one, but was custom made.

Rad is a custom Pace one, £300+ VAT I think.

Laid some carpet down in the back now:

Then got a new headgasket, bolts, and gaskets and built the engine back up with Hayesey today:
