Some new parts on the way- should be ready for G40 rolling road day in a few weekends time (hoping to beat previous best of 214bhp & 208lbft), then last outing of the year will probably be Oulton Park on Nov 28th.

Winter will bring some minor changes, mostly in the chassis/suspension area, rear diffuser, rollcage, solid adjustable top mounts and drop-linked rear ARB are all on the cards, just as/when I have time.

Enjoy!

After making 203bhp & 187lbft at the G40 rolling road off nitrous I made 223bhp and 210lbft on gas :-)

As always, there's a little more to be had, very little has changed since the 214bhp run, just revisions of bits and attention to detail- netting another 10bhp 8-)

So- after that it was time for some more Subframe testing :-D Que Oulton Park:

Easily outhandled a 182:

And a TVR & Rover Turbo:

Working on stiffening the rear up at the moment and a few more modifications. Once I've replaced the turbo!

Quick video from Oulton- Turbo failure due to lack of dumpvalve (I'd changed the piping before hand to solve a boost leak) Saab 9000 was 380bhp and the RS500 (which was a rep) I'd guess at being the same, still- started to catch up once the tyres where warmer, then the turbo died

When are we going to see this at a cheshire dubs meet?

also any info on your throttle body setup you had on the GT engine would be great as I've got a Megasquirt ECU now so I'm looking to get that on my GT soon.

Thanks to the ongoing support from Andy in preparing the car and spending endless nights on the phone/e-mail discussing bits. Now very happy with how it's performing :)
