From a merc C36 AMG, you'll need 4x100 to 5x112 adapters and maybe spigot rings if the adapters arent hubcentric.

you could just go and buy a set of 4x100 pcd RH toplines and save the hassle of running merc fitment ones

Youll find the Toplines cheaper in the run as the Merc 5x112-4x100 VW adaptors are very very expensive.
