Piddling about on admiral, if i put my old car as being just bought, its £2.2k, where as if i put at November 2009, its £1800

Oh, just seemed a bit stupid tbh, like i could have owned the car 2 years and not driven it at all, but id be paying £400 less than i would be if if just bought it, even though id probably give it the same amount of death

Oh, and, does the admiral online thing work out that I'm pissing about? the prices hve gone up from £1800 to £3K even though I've not changed anything :/

admiral does that at times, you can just ring them and the should give you the original quote.

Ah good, tbf I was just literally pissing about on it, see if I could feasibly insure anything.

A 1.0 bready or a 1.2 mk2 punto for £1700 each. Shame the punto has a stupid dashboard. :(

I was dead chuffed with £1800 with no experience, maybe I should buy my old car back....

although a punto is cheepish to insure, it would cost more in repairs :) by the time youve fixed it you might aswell have a g40

To keep a G running tip top I'll probably spend more than what headgaskets and welding costs

If you have own a car for a year or more claim free then it shows insurers you are a better risk.
