Just got this last week.

1984 Scirocco Storm in Havanna brown, 1.8 112bhp DX engine from the GTI

Trip computer shows average MPG! 70 is a little optimistic i think...

Runs off the inlet fanimold pressure on K-jetted cars (which all rocco's are, they never went Digi AFAIK).

You will have fun with this, both of mine are great fun. I actually prefer the brown over the blue, also seems brown is becoming more popular in modern cars now as well. Also if you drive it carefully, you can easily get 45 mpg.

Polo is still my daily, the scirocco is my project atm. Theres a few electrical problems like the dash powers off if you put the lights on, and the leccy windows only work when the engine isn't running. Armed with the wiring diagram I'm going to check where they're fed from and all the earths today.

Love these! And the clocks are my favourite part! So much nicer than the mk1 golf MFA clocks I have in mine. :(

Ooh that's cool! I thought MFA's were only on digi cars. Obviously thats wrong as my K-Jet 'Rado has an MFA Duh

THe brown is awesome, always like mk2 rocco's and when i bought my first rado I was tmepted by a late rocco :)
