I bought all the parts to fit air con to my 6N Polo from another forum member last year. I still haven't fitted it and I know I'm just never going to get around to it, so I thought rather than scrap it all, maybe somebody here would like it as a project.

Parts I have:

Complete plastic "front end" with enlarged radiator (as per air-con models), fan and air con radiator attached.

Complete air/heater/cooler box (the bit that fits behind the dash) with heater matrix, blower, air con matrix with associated cables and heater controls.

Air con compressor.

Complete wiring loom from the donor car (including relay box).

All pipework to connect air con radiator with the compressor and air con matrix.

Missing parts:

Pipework and "vacuum tank" to enable the air recirculation to work.

I have a full list of the missing parts, with part numbers, which I put together with the parts guy at my local VW dealer - I will also include this! It should be possible to source the parts from a scrap Seat Ibiza, or if you're lucky enough to find one, another scrap 6N with air con.

This is *COLLECTION ONLY* - parts are located near to Ringwood, Hampshire. Just to re-iterate *I WILL NOT POST*!!!

I should also mention that I will not fit it to your car either! If I had the time to do that, I'd fit it to my own car...
