I have only just got the car. I picked it up from the VW garage a couple of days ago. It had 1 lady owner and has done 24,000 miles since new in 2008. I have to say it looks like new, apart from a small scratch on the off-side door. It drives really nicely and it is quicker than I thought it would be.

The first modification I plan to make to the polo is to fit coilovers. I am saving up, and hope to be able to buy them and fit them after payday. I have seen many lowered Mk.7 polos on the forum, it seems to make a massive difference to the appearance of the car. I am very happy with the handling of the car, so lowering would be for purely aesthetic reasons. (Not 100 percent sure what coilovers to buy. Hopefully I will be able to get some advice on the forums.)

After that, I hope to get the windows lightly tinted. I am not sure if I want to change the grill. I like the bluemotion and the gti grill. I will have to think about that.

Just washed the car and took a few more pictures. I'm going to paint the drums at some point as they stand out because they are so rusty.

If you want gti standard suspension set up I've got a complete set.. The only thing you have to change is the top strut mounts

Yeah they come off my polo gti, it's 2007 and came off the car at 35k, i haven't got a clue what they would go for.. Make me an offer.. Where you based? Private mail me because I dont get notifications :s
