I've got 14" on the rear, I'm sure 13's will clear with slight shredding to the caliper

Cheers mate, should have another update soon. Loads more had been done just been lazy to take pics!

Cheers mate!

The original wings have been used, we split the glass off the indicator and made a metal template from that and welded it in.

I've got the sleepy eye bonnet to be welded on.

dont be disheartened by the lack of replys, people just tend to wait for people to put up completed projects!! the work looks great so far and really looking forward to seeing how this comes together.

also mate, what did you use to smooth your filler cap??

Haha yeah your right I tend to do that all the time!

Cheers for the kind words Sean, the petrol cap was quite simple, just remove the raised notch on your one and make a triangled shaped bit of plastic and plastic weld it in, then just get the shape with sand paper. Skim it with filler, flat it, then just prime and paint.

This is only a temp thing so don't worry.

So the car don't rust over winter. Colour change and major bits like engine, interior and paint will be done next summer.

whats happened??? =(

Cars costing me too much, and with out a stable job it's becoming really hard for me.

thought it was nearly done now??? seems a shame to stop work on the car just cause of lack of finances right now, just get it to a base standard and then drive it about for a bit, that always help get the love back
