had issues fitting the 4-2-1 manifold due to ARB catching so ARB Blocks are needed :)

Cannot get hold of any ARB Blocks ATM :(

this is what joes gt looks like at the moment:

the bearing needs replacing and everywhere is shut till tuesday

Wheel Bearing Now Sorted So quiet now! no knocking like before!

Also Reset My exhaust Got more of a tone from it for some unknown reason

Still cant get hold of any arb blocks (really want my manifold on)

Nice looking car, in honesty i prefer the look of OEM with the BBS wheels, but it shall look sweet when dropped on those ATS :)

Ye i like the OEM Look too! jus the RA's lacked in the width department n ye plans to lowering for the summer 60mm atm is enough for winter lol

If that's the case, what were the widths of the RAs?

I have a set of BBS wheels (possibly RZ, i don't know) and they're 6.5J with an offset of 30.

Just trying to wonder how much they'll poke/tuck on my car!

ra's are 6j

joe has a set of rz's on my polo before he sold it me! on a mk3 they fit very well and on a 6n I'm guessing they will tuck a bit more, space them a bit and they will be nice on a 6n, if i remember correctly he sold them to someone with a 6n

Nothing wrong with a good set of RA's... and so cheap these days. I'm running mine as winter wheels untill my cats are getting refurbished. Plus the RA was/is OEM other than RZ's which isn't.

I see your point, the RZs definitely aren't OEM but when you get them local and cheap you can't complain.

RA's are not just 6J, they can be 5J, 5.5J or the limited edition mk1 Golf GTI ones that are 13x6J.

RZ arnt bad wheels :) i personally fell out with 14's though tbh but deffo worth it
