Looks great with the new colour. Paintwork looks nice and shines too, do you think it was worthwhile investing in a good polishing set? Are the results as good as you hoped?

Yeah I'd say it was worth it, the paint is very clean now and has a really deep shine. To be fair though, it's orange peeley, stone chipped and scratched a fair bit so still doesn't look amazing. But it's something I can keep and can use on future cars too, so a worthy investment for me definitely as I like my cars to be as clean as they potentially can be!

This is the best colour of mk3's, i want one!

Shame this is being sold after all the hastle youve had with it but at least it will be going to a good home. Not sure BMW is the way forward though, but we'll see :)

BMW is definitely the way to go! I test drove it and couldn't not buy it. The noise is incredible :)
