Hey guys,

I have been trying to remove the cubby hole that goes under my headunit so i can get a bit more access to some wires, i have got the headunit out but i just cant seem to get this cubby hole out, its really starting to annoy me!

can anyone help me ??

Is your headunit able to pull out? if it is then this would make it much easier. if its anythink like mine is has a circular plug at the back in the center that plugs into a hole. if you get your fingers inside your cubby hole and try and grip the sides and just pull. if that doesnt work it might be caught on the head unit casing

I had this problem when installing my sub, you just have to use a little force to get it out! I was scared of breaking mine but after about 10 mins of messing about i got it out with some force and everything was intact!

ye, i have allready got my headunit out, but the cubby hole just seems to be in reallly solid

Just pull up and out! Its scary at first because it feels like your going to break it but after trying for ages it seems the only way.
