Hi All,

I know the general consensus with private firms is to just ignore them but just wanted to double check in this case...

Received this today:

My mum works at Asda but hasn't got a license so can't drive my car, i'm sure she was working that day and i usually go in and see her (because i can) but I know i wasn't IN the car park for 2 and a half hours, i left after about an hour, watched some TV, had a quick meal then went back so i was there for more than 2 hours, but not all in one go, i think i returned at about 8:30 and she finishes at 10pm. (total time 2hr 15 mins)

I've already emailed them asking for a picture of who was driving (i know it was me but there are 2 other people on the insurance so they don't know it was me and i don't have to provide details of the driver, they do)

It's £30 i could do without spending (especially as i wasn't there for 153 mins consectuively)

Am i best just ignoring them and tell them that if they continue to send me letters, it constitutes harrassment, or just pay it?

i had one of them mate for parking longer than i should, ignored it , kept gettin letters sayin payment is going up, left it for a few months finally rang up to pay the 90 quid and it had been taken off there system and had no record of me

you know roughly how long between the initial "offence" and you trying to pay?
