Here I have for sale my partners Custom painted purple Smart Car.

The basics

Its a 2004 "54" plate smart car fortwo

It will be sold with 12 Months Tax and 12 Months M.O.T

Full stamped service history with the last service done last week ( all 6 spark plugs, all filters, fluids and oil )

The car has shell 73000 miles on it ( this will increase as it is used daily) and is in excellent condition as it had a respray.

The engine and all ancillaries were replaced at about 65000 ( 2 years ago) with a fully reconditioned engine as the old engine gave up. This was expensive

The car has done less that 10k since and has been serviced twice

The electronic clutch was also given a good going over and serviced.

This little thing with do 65mpg with ease and performs well on both motorways and around town.

The sequential gearbox works perfectly with the electronic clutch and shifts up and down as it should.

Its rear wheel drive and fairly quick off the mark if you are in a hurry.

Brakes are in good condition and work very well.

The interior is colour coded to match the exterior.

It has very clean alloy wheels

It is v. easy to park and is super cheap to run and maintain.

It also takes no time at all to wash as there is so little of it =].

Everything works on the car as it should, all the tyres are of good quality and have good tread.

Only has one key, never really needed a second but they are available.

The engine is smooth and quiet with no abnormal noises.

It is limited to 85mph but can be delimited to up the speed and increase bph. My partner is scared to do anything more that about 65mph so I felt there was no need for this

Even at 80mph the car is stable, quiet and smooth.

I have the full v5 in my name although it is used by my partner and has had 3 previous owners.

The car comes with a very pink stereo to match its girly colour scheme but it will also come with the original smart stereo.

This is a genuine, well cared for car that would be perfect for a cheap to run easy to park city or commuter car.

It really has no faults at all, has never failed to start, never broken down and has been problem free!

It is purple so I doubt it will appeal to any guys but If you partner is after something new to get about in let her know this is for sale!

THE ASKING PRICE IS £2550.... we are in no rush to sell as my partner is actually in love but we are open to very sensible offers.

Well then this is now a famous smart car that has been on TV, even more of a reason to get it off my driveway

This thing went to guildford and back (260 miles) on about 15 litres of petrol! And I am not even kidding

thats about 75 mpg granted this is sat at 65 down the m1 in the slow lane and my mrs driving like a granny but still that is pretty impressive!

bump- it finally got a wash!

Just had someone come and view this and after an hour of tyre kicking they said they couldn't afford it!!!!
