Have I seen this around donny ?

Also, are you the guy who had the red one on the 239 solids at elsecar a few years back ? Brave man.

Ye mate I'm always in mexborough, and yes the bigger brakes were in the boot that day as id only finished engine conversion day before ha

now then judster ,,, I've got you 6 either 42lb injectors or 6 x 640cc injectors , that will nicely rip your tyres to bits I've got ecu standalone set up here , ready to be wired in , ill have to knock u some banded rims as those alloys will be no use ,,,, get rid of the bonnet lol , ill make adaptor the rest to fit like I've done with the conversion , unless you are fancying a r32turbo sat in there ,,,

20krblg.jpg or add 4wd like I've done...

Haha, I'm going to let you make the descision on the injectors and 4wd would be mint mate, as for the banded rims i best get some G60s ready to band. ill look into that. have you still got that 4wd set-up in garage?

ok we will used the 640cc injectors

ill rip engine apart and fit these forged rods, pistons , for some decent bhp , but soon as i start tunieing it , it will rip the stock vr6 gearbox apart above 430bhp , so ill have to adapt a 02m 6speed judder , but lsd is advised then youve a good 600plus monster on your hands , ps i do have the rear 4wd system ,

ill make you a tig welded manifold, better to keep intake temps and exhaust heat out the way.

ms2 ecu standalone, good spec ecu ,larch , switch maps, 21psi map sensor, etc

46mm wastegate, ideal , and saves getting boost creep.

640cc injectors /4bar , plenty enoegh fuel for 500bhp

wideband lc-1 , keeps tuning afr safe,

choice of turbos , try a small one ,

400bhp

for power its advised

wider rims/forged internals/another 044pump

lsd, upgrade gearbox.

paddle clutch etc

camshafts 264/268 flow nice

above 450-600

It will be undriveable (too fast) when you get your hands on it ha. Ill keep chipping away at the list of parts and we should have it fitted soon. Just picked up a pair of b6 rear doors tonight. concentrating on turbo first and then ill get the handles thrown on. Wideband arrived today, also just ordered my intercooler kit off ebay, that should be here friday.

Lol, ill get some pics and videos up when its done and tuned, it wont be 400bhp straight away though, I'm going to fit blower first as I've now got all the parts, then build power up bit by bit.

Ok mate sounds good to me ha, i would absolutely love 4wd, especially if i did an evo in it lol. think I'm going to have to save up for the forged rods and pistons, also I'm going to go and buy some G60 steels from barnsley some time next week ready for banding, is it the golf syncro box i need for 4 wheel drive?

Keep me posted on when you wire in the ms2 and wideband mate as I'm in the process of doing the same but on a 1.4 supercharged. If this comes together and doesnt go up in a ball of flames itll be sweet but 650hp seem highly optimistic.

I will do mate ill get some pics along the way, i know it is as i dont have the money to spend to make it that bhp Haha but i dont doubt for 1 minute that if i had an endless suply of money Adaptorman could make it 650bhp lol

i dont know if it will be too big for the 6n front end?? ill let adaptorman do the maths cos I'm hopeless ha

your gonna need bigger wheels than 15's running that sort of bhp.... need at least 4pots? so 16's are a must?
