Ok cheers mate, ill look out for that, standard leads may be re-fitted if its a big enough power loss, i only bought them to cheer under the bonnet up really though.

Few shots of under the bonnet, i really need a digital camera my fones crap. also fingers crossed i should have turbo fitted next week, Adaptormans recovered from his illness.

not sure if the R8 oil cap goes, i might get a forge one. quick pic of how it looks at the minute (still got the horrendous black stripe down the bonnet ha)

I was just think that! haha

Looks good though bud, interested to see the turbo fitted now!

cough*remote turbo*

haha, theres actually more room down the back than there looks on the picture, also the throttle body will obviously be reloacted and the turbos not too big aswell. the date for fitting is now provisionally set for after new year.

ah thats cool then! so whats the plans power wise? what you hoping to make?

  • Author

I'm hoping for around the 300 mark, any mores a bonus any less is a let down ha. ill get some pics up as soon as its fitted mate

awesome! looking forward to it!

imo the cap makes it- very cool bay, exicted for the turbo :)

back lights dont suit it at all, all reds or standards would suit sooo much better!!!

other than that very nice car (when bonnets redone lol)

regards

wow i want one . looks sweet mate . Dave

Different lights all round, Lower!!! and get rid of that horrible stripe!! But other than that it looks awesome matey really nicely done, but as said above a remote turbo underneath??? Think about it could be an option and you would still have plenty of room in the bay.......... ;)

Cheers for the comments lads, appreciated. i like the lights though, and i cant go lower due to sump clearance which is gutting ha

Just been and bought some cheap front coilovers for the front as mine have developed a leak, spent all my money on turbo parts so I've endedup with these to put me on

Those coilies look like they go LOW.

Very silly boy ha. they might do I'm not sure how much drop you get with them, they're the cheap ones off ebay i think, i cant even go that low either due to sump clearance so they'll be wasted on my car.

Good news is I've just picked 2 more 16" steels up off ebay after a full day searching, they must be rare as hens teeth. I'm going to use the 15 i picked up as a spare as 15's still fit over the breaks and its got a brand new michelin on. Just need them banding now, can anybody advise in the direction of a GOOD bander thats tryed and tested, I've seen them all advertising on ebay but I'm unsure of what job they'll provide.
