Turbo fitment has begun, engine took out, new head gasket, head spacer guides and tensioners along with techniclutch fitted. Engine sat back in place, all ready for turbo bolting on tomorrow. Pic shows howmuch room there actually is now manifold and throttle body's off.

Manifold bolted on, turbo's on, wastegate mounted, coil pack fitted, cam shaft sensor put it, silicone hoses in place and a few more bits got done today, i need to wait while monday now so i can go and get an oil feed made up. then injectors will be going in and ecu wired in. not much left to do then ha

Haha, are these in england? i thought it would be the first vr6 turbo 6n in england, seen loads in germany though.

Just polished rocker cover and ordered some polished nuts for it, also ordered t bolt clamps, v band and some silicone reducers

Cheers mate, ye theres quite a bit left to do still, you think your nearly there and something else crops up, today weev got oil feed from sump welded in place and sump bolted back up, custom screamer pipe made and fitted and the down pipes near enough made an bolted on but it got dark so it'l get finished tomorrow. We can then get injectors in and wired up and make an intake manifold to suit, ill keep the updates coming ha.

Got quite a bit done today, Down pipes finished and bolted up, scream pipes been extended to floor, the remaining water hoses have been coupled up, Wide band o2 sensor fed through floor, manual boost controller mounted and piped up, engine loom wired up, a few intercooler pipes are on, oil filter and plugs changed, the new oil will go in tomorrow when polished rocker nuts arrive. Injectors are in and oil returns on. Sum pics of how its looking:

now most basic things are sorted ill bring tig welder over and knock a intake up , and start on wireing harness/wideband

with that turbo will have a very quick rapid spool , so u might wont to upgrade you are seats too .

ill start him off with no boost , do a rough base tunie , then stage 1 it at 8psi and work up from there , max would be a possible 21psi ,
