Not realy car related (sorry) But didnt no where in the forum i could put this,

Basically i am running a half marathon in October for the Abeyfield kent Society, Which is a charity which helps older people. Ill put a bit from there website to explain more at the bottom. It is a charity which is dear to my heart as my grandparents are both currently living off of the care of one of the societys care home's, and would not be able to do it without the charity!

I need to raise £300 to be allowed to race and i only have a little over a month to get that number. I have just had a fund raising page set up for me. If any of my fellow CLUBPOLO'ERS would like to sponser me, it would be greatly recieved. I've even been told that if i got over £50 from one organsiation (Clubpolo) then i can have there name or logo printed on my running shirt! :)

I have been a member on this forum on and off for the last 6 or so years. and have done deals with, sold cars with and made friends with quite a few of you. If i could get just a few people to give me say.. 50p... then that would be a start and will of been worth me mentioning it on here!

The Who Cares? Initiative was established to provide the funding needed to bridge the gap between the cost of high quality care and what is affordable. We use money raised by the Who Cares? Initiative to provide peace of mind to those who need that extra support so that they can remain in our homes as part of the Abbeyfield Kent family.
