Ok I am still breaking my green 1996 Dragon green 1.6GLX Polo.

To get things moving a bit more I have decided that if anyone wants a part and if they ask for it today before 23:30 that I will give them a price today.

So if I don't answer you by 23:59 today 20/08/2011 then you will get that part free - I can't say fairer than that - can I?

I have just been asked about the door cards and glove box so here are some pictures. I only have a drivers side glove box as this car has a passenger airbag.

If whoever asked about the door cards and glove box changes their mind, how much would you be able to mail all 4 cards and the glove box for? (if you'd even be able to mail them)

Damn I was in Evesham delivering the bumpers last weekend. Not sure if my mechanical skills will allow me to get the box off lol.

If you want it you can have it for £50 but you will have to take it off :(

Nice one.Could you also include the air pipe from the central locking unit to the t-piece. Do you know what the part number is as it will be replacing the unit on my 98 3door or are these units a one fits all??

I will have a look for the pipe for you but can't gaurantee anything until I look tomorrow as I am not sure which bit you mean. If you have a diagram or photo of yours that would be a great help.

The part number for the pump is 1H0 962 257 J

Scratch postage - if you can meet my Mrs at the weekend she is heading to her parents near Cwmbran. Could save you some pennies.

Thanks. The pipe comes directly off the pump (mines a thin blue pipe) and then goes behind the o/s rear light and onto a t-piece which then I assume goes to the locks.

My part number is exactly the same except the last letter is "F" and not "J", but I'm sure that will be fine.....

I'm away this weekend as well, a christening at the inlaw otherwise would of met up, every penny helps! But thanks very much for the offer.

ummm intresting idea, supose if i remove it i would know how to fit it too. this leaves you with a problem though, it would mean your engine would be supported by just one side and proped up in the middle. i have an aex engine do you happen to know if it would fit, my wifes polo is just sitting there unable to move. why she cant just drive my honda is beyond me.
