Is there anyone on here who has either bought a car from Northern Ireland and registered it in England/Scotland/Wales or the other way around.

I bought mine when I was over visting family and have not recieved the V5C for it, that was like a month ago!

Now my tax is due and I have just read somewhere that you have to do some mad shit like keep the complete V5C and then send it to DVLA and get it re-registered....

Anyone shed some light on this??

I have got in contact with the DVLA and waiting for them to get back to me on it but I need some answers quick!!!!

Phone them, they are incredibly helpful once you fight your way through the automated phone system.
