*URGENT* ABS Pump & Module (6X0 614 217 / 6X0 907 379 C)

Featured Replies

I'm desperately after the ABS Pump and Module for a Polo GTI 6n2 2001

Basically, failed MOT due to ABS fault, had it in 3 garages, its not the wiring, sensors but the Pump and Module and a new one is too much to think about, found a few online for decent price but need one by this weekend preferably.

VW Part No's on the ABS I'm after, have to match otherwise it will not work in my car as far as I believe(?):

6X0 614 217 - Pump

6X0 907 379 C - Module

Anyone selling please message me ASAP I need this quick!!!

Posted to Daventry, Northamptonshire.

Thanks!!

Are you sure it's 100% the module?! Theres a fuse on the top of the battery that, if gets even a tiny bit corroded will throw a low voltage code; mine was that, and a garage said it would be a new module! :/

Unless you're sure it's the module..

As far as I know that's been checked, exactly which fuse would it be, how many are there and what amp would i need?

Cheers mate.

Theres one on the battery; it's the 30A one, I'm sure. I'd replace them all because I can't remember what one; and they're ten a penny.. It won't clear straight away though; it'll take a few miles..

Even if it's not blown, if a little corroded it'll throw a low voltage error..

Contacted the garage, they checked the fuses and replaced and the fault is definitely with the modulator, I'm scouting around scrappys and eBay for one.

Sorry I don't have one for a 6N2 (got one for a 6n only) but I thought you might find it useful to know that the

6X0 614 217 - Pump - has been replaced by 6X0 698 217

and

6X0 907 379 C - Module - has been replaced by 6X0 907 375 G

You could look for these numbers as well.
