Lupo S 1.7 SDI Diesel

Featured Replies

Due to needing a larger car as I have a baby on the way my Lupo SDI is up for sale.

(even though it has ISOFIX )

This car has been fantastic since I bought it in July 2010.

It has had 3 previous owners.

I bought it as I was doing 50 motorway miles a day commute and needed a reliable, economic car.

It is MOT'd until 9th Jan 2012 and taxed until Dec 2011.

Mileage is relatively high at 165,000, most of this is motorway mileage from myself and the previous owner.

It is lowered on 60mm springs, I still have the original springs in the garage.

I have dewipered the rear.

The rear VW badge fell off.

Passenger Wing Mirror casing is cracked as well as the panel below the headlights, I bought it like this.

The roof has corrosion at the roof gutter, This is a common fault.

At 157,000 I had a cylinder fitted as the old one chewed a valve.

I have the invoice for £745 for this, not including the cost of the head!

It has since done over 8,000 miles and no problems since.

This is the only picture I have at the moment, lowered 60mm.

It will come on 13in Steel wheels not the alloys pictured.

Located near Southampton, SO45.

Lupo SDI's are uncommon, there are only 9 on Autotrader in the country!

Looking for £1,400.

If you need more pictures or have any questions do feel free to pm me or contact me on... 07980 584727.

I will be swapping the wheels and taking more photos at the weekend.

Cheers

Interested in a swap for a 6n polo 1.4?

I got 67 mpg from a loop TDI the other day.

Thought these were meant to be super economical, how come you're only getting 70 ?

70mpg for the SPI is what it should be. Are you thinking of the lupo 3L that was entirely designed to do insane mpg and would do around 100mpg?

This looks well for the milage, GLWS.

I know what a 3L is, I've even had a go of one.

I know which Lupo is which.

I'm pretty sure theres the old rule on here, dont reply to an advert if you are not interested. looks more like a lupo off haha, 70 mpg is still shit hot

where are you based dude well interested

Fine, I'll be encouraging.

Lupo's are awesome, I love mine.

Diesel ones are great as you never have to put fuel in and with fuel prices today this is a complete bargain for someone.

Well priced too.

swap for a 3dr 6n openair 1.9 derv? 88k miles, fvwsh, 1 owner?

Also, being constructive, if you offer this up on edition you'll get some pretty decent swaps as people love economical runarounds.

hi stu how u keeping nice to c u got my car in the pic hows your polo coming on in the garage treated my self to a gt coupe as all my scooter have long gone
