Well I got my sweet silver 6n2 for my birthday

anyway this was it after i put my bike rack on it witch was the first thing I did to it

Then I went to get some sound so made a Pioneer purchase

front component set up

Stealth shelf set up

then put it all in

Old tweet on the right, new tweet on the left

Had to butcher the plastic and the foam so the new tweet would fit!!

New front door speaker at the bottom

New parcel shelf set up, 2x 20cm

Sounds sweet as and I don't think that I need a sub or an amp!

Next is wheels and hopefully Coilovers

Got these sweet BBS RZ's from slim over in Derby so THANKS SLIM!!!

Just waiting for tyres and coilers then it should be sweet as!!!

Quick Update

got some carbon inserts for my rear badge when I got my fog light switch off Greg so i put those in today

UPDATE!!!!!

PART 1

got some fogs and a gti grill so i put those in the other week just didn't get round to posting it up!

PART 2

got loads of resin and fibber glass the other day as I'm stating my boot build, making a custom box to save room but get some serious punch!

started out by getting rid of the carpet so i can use as much space as possible

used the chicken wire to create a base mould in the tight area

Started to build up the fibber glass on the chicken wire to get a base mould to then put back into the car to continue building

i then put it back in and masking taped pretty much everywhere to save getting nasty resin everywhere and carried on with the build!

Wheels are now FINISHED

So I finally got round to painting my wheels last weekend, heres how they turned out...

Gave them a quick sand down before I primed them up

sprayed the inside barrel gloss white

then masked that off and primed the front with grey

then sprayed the fronts with a gloss black so now they look like this

Not really I just made them fit with some sketchy long plasti bits for now but have got some mdf rings to mount them into so they will be a llot better, nahh not yet halfway through it though, ran out of fiberglass at the mo hah

Well standard fronts are 13cm so I got a 13cm component kit, howeven I then realised that the standards have a mounting ring on them that takes them up to something like 17cm haha so I have got some

Mdf rings I need to mount them into :)

Yeh will do man, doing loads more on it this weekend hopefully if the weather holds out, the cost... Well

With no sub, amp and wiring so just the stuff to make the fiberglass, so far it's cost like 100? But made a huge mistake of getting the first lot of stuff from halfords, now i have found a place online that's pretty cheap so getting the rest of what I need then should be upto about 150? But it's worth it man, fully custom box that's going to sound mad!

Huge Update

sorry I haven't updated this in a while, I have been real busy with working he there and everywhere haha, OK down to business

Update number 1

My BBS RZ's are now fully finished with loads of lacquer on them so they are all nice and shiny!!

also managed to grab 4 falken 195/45/14's for them so fresh rubber all round for next year!!!

Update number 2

The sub build is coming along real nice, its nearly finished now...... I bought myself a Diamond Audio TDX 10'' Sub, that things a beast!

then postman bought me something real nice to play with........ 16 squared metres of fiberglass matting and 5kg of resin!!!!!

so after i used the majority of this up the box was ready to fill with water to see what the internal volume was going to be, it turned out that the box can hold 50 LITRES!!!

started to make the front of the box now that i have the sub so that turned out like this......

I then cut the excess off the box to make it easier to work with and a more realistic size......

Update number 3

I drove all the way up to sheffied to pick up my new front bumper the other week, only £65 so i thought it was a bargain really, came with a splitter and the middle grill witch is all i asked for because thats all i needed, so thats off to the body shop to be smoothed but not just having the strip done, I'm doing more too it than that so you'll have to wait till its back

Thats it for now, huge update I know!!!! hahaha

The roll of matting and the resin with hardener came to just over 55 with a 10r postage man :)
