Yeah man. :) sounds good bud. Should get something 16's agreed there and what you were saying about the pepperpots go for them again? They are made in 16's and were on the old a6. Wider aswell i think. Plus they don't have the chrome/Audi style centres like the A3's, you can change them to a vw centre. :) look better aswell

Haha, mate been so busy with uni! Now its out the way though I can get round to buying some new shoes and getting the car back down low. Cars looking in a sorry state if I'm honest needs a damn good clean and polish, dunno what the fucks up with the weather either need some nice sunny summer weather to get me in the mood. Well I've got a lot on lately with not really that much time for me to take my test, so I'm going to hopefully book it for early to the middle of august. But planning to do theory soon tho. :) just been relaxing more.

Been a while since i've updated so here's a pic of how the polo stands at the minute.

This was shot at some guys massive house where I was doing a photography job, so glad it wasn't as low as i've had it before or it'd never get up the drive. Its still look fairly low though I reckon so I'm still happy with it, just needs a damn good clean. (and some new shoes )

So after what seemed like forever the wheels turned up this morning. They're staggered 16" Porsche Cups off a 933 Carrera if i remember correctly, 215/40 9j rear & 195/40 7j front.

I'm waiting on a friend to measure up with adaptors, but had a little test fit just resting on 20mm spacers this afternoon, reckon I'm gunna need 20 or 25mm at the front and 30mm on the rear, possibly with the rear arches rolled but i'll see how it all measures out.

Anyhow, pictures speak a 100o words...

So next up, obviously, is buying adapters all round. The rears also need replacing as they're basically on the limit.

Thanks dude, yeah know what you mean, they just look like basic 5 spoke when you see em face on, but they're the cups that sorta stick out the wheel. Its kinda hard to explain but i'll take a pic when they're on!

But yeah really pleased with them, got em for a bargain price as well so really happy

Lovely shiney new bolts arrived today! As well as a set of 25mm adaptors I ordered. Had a 1 side test fit to see whats what. Overall i think 25mm looks surprisingly good so I'm tempted to do 25 all the way round.

The ride height is still the same as it was as I didn't fiddle with the coilovers, however once the whole set is on I reckon dropped 20mm or so at the front to give it abit of stance and it'll look alrite.

Had some electrical problems but got that sorted, I also wound the front down all the way the other day to give it abit of stance, now sits pretty nicely.

Bagged some new tyres for the rear as well as the ones I'm on are pretty much spent.
