Ok, I was sent a renewal policy from Admiral though the post, I phoned them, got a better quote with modifications on it so a new policy is being sent out to me. What do I do with the old policy certificate? I think I was told to just write cancelled through it and send it back to them, is that right?

Well if they have obviously told you to do it, then i don't see the confusion?

But yes send it back with a line through it and double check they have cancelled it.

The only reason for the confusion is they said they would send some info out so I know where to send it to and what to do with it (just so I'm sure) but they haven't sent it yet. I will just do that :)
