Hi dude, I've got a good block and head taken from my old polo. It was an APQ but they are exactly the same head and block, and use the same sensors etc aswell. Problem is they are seperate so you would need to fork out for a head gasket and some head bolts etc.

I would take £50 for the head and block and could potentially deliver them to you for some petrol dollar.

I'm in Cardiff with them so you're welcome to pick them up or view them aswell, must be about an hour from you I think. PM me if you're interested at all.
