non standard Mk3 Dashboards

Featured Replies

had a notion about fitting a different dashboard in time.

so just wondering if people know of any good looking dashoboards that could be persuaded to fit.

I've see a tt dash done somewhere, youngprodigys i think

I like the look of early hyundai coupe dashes aswell

54 plate nissan primera with the dark clocks until engine is on is cool aswell

any more suggestions? or info please

dont go too mental- wiring can be a nightmare if it runs canbus electronics!!!

had a look at ^^ youngprodidys^^ TT dash at edition and it looked good! but i have no idea how much work he did, (not taken a gander on the thread yet) but he said he was also using TT looms? again, i think that would be dificult.

i think the best bet would be to go to a scrappers and take a gander at the cars in there. i think most jap cars dont have nice interiors. why not try and mangle 2 together? that would be cool if you made it work.

just do what pimp my ride do . fiber glass the fuck out of the standerd dash lmao .. would be sick just mix and matching different components onto the standerd dash haha :p

Lol/\. I'm thinking of modifying my binnacle into a square ish similar aged dash but unsure what yet. Then smoothing it all then redo the pattern in the plastic before paint.

tbf the i like the standerd dash . i want to plastic weld some cup holders or even just slot them in. but i hate butchering good quilty parts if theres nothing wrong with them :( lol .. Ps. has anyone got a annoying rattle from the left side of the dash. cant find any wires what seem to be doing it . but i need to check properly . cheers :) ( sorry to hijack the thread :p )

In a mk2 put your hand up the back of the glovebox and check there is a rubber sleeve where the glovebox mount slides into the bulkhead as mine was missing and had an annoying rattle on idle or over bumps. Also check all screws!! P.s a relay could be vibrating against your glovebox also.
