my AFH just chewed a cam and guide so i need to get a new one on there, the car has spent more time in bits than it has on the road and it's starting to get a bit annoying

so, if anyone has an AFH head and cams, my offer is a pile of 50 fine english pounds, and i'll collect from anywhere within.........
