just to let you know i would highly recommend pass plus and adding your parents to insurance. Its just dropped mine from £4100 to £2600

totally depends on insurer and it seems some brokers don't acknowledge it any more or atleast thats what endsleigh told me

when i passed, my instructor told me there wasn't much point in me taking pass plus because it usually doesn't take as much off your insurance as it costs itself.

maybe it's changed though.

I did it when i was 17 and then it made no difference whatsoever on the insurance!
