Well ladies and gentleman its before 0700 am on a Saturday i'm not working and i'm up enjoying my morning brew getting myself ready to head up to lake Windermere.

I am off to participate in a sponsored (don't worry, not asking :p) row down the lake!

The only real catch is its not the shortest of rows and i have never in my life rowed or even held a paddle so this could be more than interesting!

Doing this to raise money and awareness for Motor Neurons Disease so wish me luck and hopefully ill get there and back without getting too wet!
