hiya there i got this car a year ago as a run around but quickly fell inlove with it so decided to build it up i haven't got any pictures from when i picked the car up so i will start from when i first started to take some going to be slow progress as i have 3 other projects on the go and have to work aswel so bare with me thank you

the spec of the car is

engine:

polished rocker cover

3f gt cam

painted airbox lid

suspension:

80mm on the front with shocks and springs

90mm on the rear end with coilovers

wheels and tyres:

low profile 14 inch tyres

le castellets

more to come

next few months I'm converting to cbr 400 carbs mirror polishing my le castellets and mirror polishing other engine parts interior wise I'm hoping to find a clean g40 interior but loads more to come so keep looking at this thread thak you

oh haha yeah its lower on the rear end got a few more picture to upload but will do that later on

just a small update spoke to my mate today and hes going to start making me a manifold for my bike carbs hopefully this week

when I saw the first two pics then read you have like 80mm suspension I thought you had lifted it.

haha yeah the car was really high but is lovely and low now

bit of an update i got a private plate for my birthday and got the paper work back today so that will be going on soon and got a inlet gasket so my mate can make a template for my inlet manifold for the carbs some pics to come

what is the private plate say ???

its got my initials on it with l888 at the start my first private plate so I'm happy lol

right bit of an update with pics i managed to get my winter wheels painted this weekend just need to get the old scrap tyres off them and my new ones on them and i have some pictures of when i tryed to fit a golf vr6 front splitter on aswel it went on fine and looked good but was way to low to the ground so took it off

a little update I've just bought a vac advance dizzy and loom for my bike carb conversion and my mate has took his measurements for my manifold

its been a while but I've managed to order my new pressed plates with my private reg on and going to start cleaning up my carbs and other carb parts going to polish them

right i went out on abit of a photoshoot tonight to try out the new camera so heres the pictures

well its been a while but i have an update and some pictures for you all I've bought some 239mm golf gti brakes which are soon to be going on when my ap brake fluid shows up I've also managed to get hold of a model mk2f polo coupe aswel anyway heres some pictures i have taken hope you enjoy

oh i nearly forgot I'm halfway though cleaning and polishing up my carbs so will get some pictures of my new brakes and carbs up soon
